“ We come here. Maybe once a month. We enjoy the variety. and we eat what we want Too how much of it. I always start with hot and sour soup. Let it cool down as its hot and a bit spicy. Then you can go to the buffet service and pick what you like. They don't care how much you you pick, as long as there is no waste. I like things a bit spicy so I use wasabi. They have fish. Dim dum, a variety of soups. Lo-mein . Fried rice and other items Going for my third portion. As much as J wanted to continue but I can't. Until next month. ”
“ My family and I have been going to Hudson Buffet since they first opened, probably 15 years ago. Just went again tonight for dinner and it was as delicious and consistent as usual. This is a Hudson Valley gem. We each started off with a plate of seafood (crab legs, shrimp, clams, mussels and crawfish) which was extra special for a night out. The hot appetizers and sushi, and mix of Chinese American, authentic Chinese and American dishes and flavors were so satisfying and flavorful. The fresh fruit and ice cream are a plus. Thank you to Hudson Buffet for many years of memories! ”

“ Like any buffet, some foods you'll love, others not. It's nice trying new foods though. The sushi station had a nice selection tonight and the hot foods were pretty good. Service was pleasant and efficient, and the prices were reasonable. Everyone in the restaurant seemed content- maybe they were in food comas. The only blind spot was the limited dessert selection. Fruits were plentiful but other than ice cream and apple pie, the few little sweet finger foods did not cut it. Even the ice cream only had sprinkles as an add-on option- there was not hot fudge , caramel, or strawberry sauce. Overall, worth the trip. ”
“ There's quite a variety of meat, seafood, vegetables, salads, available in Chinese, Japanese, and American styles. Now there's warm dishes out! Nothing worse than hot food served on a cold dish. The waitresses don't sit still, they seat the guests, clear the tables, bring beverages, prep vegetables and make the dim sum. The place is clean and neat. ”
